Many queries received by Sales are for availability of stock. If a product is out of stock, this will be advised on the product's order page. If your question is of a more technical nature, then please direct your email to Technical Support. Our fax number has recently been changed although we currently have the old Dontronics fax number diverted to our new number. All incoming faxes are sent directly to computer, and are quickly responded to. If you wish to fax us with your credit card details, proof of identification, or with an official Purchase Order please do so but remember, no order received by fax will be processed until it can be matched to an order submitted by email via the Dontronics Shopping Cart. As Dontronics is solely an internet based company, we do not have a showroom or shop outlet. This enables us to keep our overheads to a minimum and our prices competitive. Dontronics is based in a private residence in Tullamarine, Melbourne, Australia. If you wish to collect your order personally, please send your order through the Shopping Cart, and let us know in the "Special Instructions" text box that you wish to collect the goods yourself. We will then email you to
make the arrangements for the collection of your goods, and advise of our
street address number.
Dontronics is run from private residences. This enables us to be contactable by email during normal business hours as well as outside of standard business times including public holidays and weekends. The flip-side of this means that we are not always readily available by telephone during standard business hours. Please do not telephone us if your question can be sent and answered by email. Australians continue to telephone at 10.00 pm at night, and international customers continue to telephone at 4.00 am to both the Sales and Technical Support staff homes despite our repeated requests to check local times before calling. We ask that you consider
time zone differences if calling from overseas, or if calling locally,
bear in mind that you are calling a private home.
