This is pretty simple and not much is required. We don't want to be abused for asking you to send us an E-Mail message. If you have any doubts, or don't wish to order because you feel sending an E-Mail with a valid E-Mail address is some sort of violation of personal liberties, then fine, don't order. It is done for the protection of the customer, the product, the Author, and DonTronics.

It is suggested that even non-file orders can be accompanied by an E-Mail confirmation. All E-Mail messages are answered.

What is delaying file and Key orders at the moment?
Not sending an email, or valid email address for file and key orders. We don't accept orders until we exchange email messages. Even if it's not an alias, and you typed in a valid, but incorrect address, a typo, then your message would/may end up with someone else, and you wouldn't know and we wouldn't know until you complained.

On the other hand, if we took your money, and your address bounced, meaning it wasn't a valid address, what do we do, write you a letter?, ring you from Australia?? This is just one of the reasons why we request an email message for a file or key order. One in 3 file and key orders results in a no-sale. Please read fraud.html

If we need to query or verify your order for any reason, and you don't respond in a reasonable time to the email address you have given, the order is automatically canceled.

So, if you have ordered a file or key via the web from DonTronics, you must send an email message as well as the order. We will process your credit card ASAP, and return your E-Mail with the download details. This usually involves forwarding you a URL address for downloading from, and a Username and Password, however this varies from product to product.  If you don't hear back from us in a reasonable time, it's because your return E-Mail address is incorrect and we are unable to contact you, so you must send an email to confirm your email address if you have ordered a file or key.

The Problems of an Email Alias Address:
Again, please read fraud.html  If you are johndoe@hotmail.com, joebloggs@usa.net, etc., then we require your real email address. If you have ordered from us before, an email alias is fine, but you would need to remind us of any previous purchase so we can verify details. If for any reason you are unable to give an alternative E-Mail address, an exchange of messages is required to establish your web presence and method of web access.

If you have an email alias, and no true email address, you must exchange email messages with us, and satisfy us of your existence, identity, and web presence. If this is a news group message, a home page, or any other mention of your email address, this should be fine, but just giving us an alias email address isn't going to set a file or key order transaction in motion.

Browser Email "Reply To:" Address is incorrect, or not configured:
This is usually done by newbies. You send us only an E-Mail address that has been achieved by an incorrectly configured "REPLY TO:" address. We have a heck of a job trying to explain this one to a newbie.  Send yourself a message, then reply to it by  clicking on the "Reply to Sender" button. Is it your address? Will it get to you?? If not, it sure won't get to you from us. It may well be the address of the person that gave you the copy of the browser.

Please help us to help you. We don't think what we are asking is unreasonable. It's necessary for "File and Key" sales via the Internet.
